competition packing list

When attending a competition, please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the general warm up. Leave extra time for weather, traffic, parking and finding your coaches. Please ensure your daughter has everything she needs in her gym bag ready to go. 

Hair MUST be done in a high slicked bun with matching scrunchie/bow. Sparkles are allowed and highly encouraged!! Light make up is encouraged but optional. Stud earrings are allowed at competitions, no other jewelry is permitted. No nail-polish, and bra straps cannot be visible. If your daughter is competing with Shorts, they MUST be the Dreams competition shorts (Navy to match competition suit)

1. Gym bag or Dreams Backpack

2. Black Dreams Track Pants

3. Blue Dreams Track Jacket

4. Clean WHITE socks

5. Athletic slides (to wear in between events) Boots/Coat will be left with parents

6. Navy Competition body suit and scrunchie/competition bow

7. Competition shorts (Navy) Optional

8. Current Dreams Training Suit as a back up

9. Grips and wrist bands

10. Chalk bucket and spray bottle

11. Tape, or any braces your athlete wears

12. Water bottle

13. Hair supplies ie. Black snap clips, bobby pins, gel or wax stick

14. Healthy Snack (nut free and mess free)

15. Small blanket (in case it is cold in the venue)

16. Any additional Dreams Merchandise to wear before and after the competition
