Ashley's biggest passion is Gymnastics, and her biggest dream was to own a Gymnastics club. Opening Dreams Gymnastics Academy was her lifelong Goal, and she is so pleased to welcome you to her growing club! She has been involved in the sport for 25 years as an Athlete, Coach and Judge. Her coaching philosophy is to coach the person first and the athlete second. She has always strived for excellence at all levels of gymnastics but has a strong focus on finding a balance between success, great experiences, healthy practice and most importantly having fun! She is a long-term planner and aims for her athletes to have longevity in the sport. She is a Competition 4 trained coach in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics with a Coaching degree from Seneca College for Competitive Gymnastics Coaching.   

In addition, Ashley is level 3 trained in Trampoline and level 2 certified in Men’s Artistic. She has coached athletes to Provincials, Eastern Championships, Western Championships, Elite Canada, and Nationals. Ashley's gymnasts have certainly earned a few medals along the way, but more importantly, have learned about hard work, dedication, perseverance, and leadership. Dreams Gymnastics Academy is an athlete-centered environment which focuses on inclusion, positivity, and progression in the sport of Gymnastics.
