Kindergym
Children will explore all apparatus in the gym while learning basic gymnastics skills and gaining self-confidence. Through various games, colorful obstacle courses and activities the children explore different patterns of movement and will learn spatial and body awareness. Games and fun all in one!

Tiny Ninjas
This program allows your child to experience Urban Gymnastics in the safety of the gym setting. Athletes will work on rolling, landing, swinging and balancing on a variety of apparatus. This is a co-ed program

Previous gymnastics experience highly recommended for Rising Stars.
