CAMPS

All Participants will require a valid Alberta Gymnastics Federation Membership. 

Membership Cycles run July 1st 2024-June 30 2025.

All Participants will be billed 2024/2025 memberships June 15 2024.

Failure to obtain membership before the start of camp  will result in camp cancellation with no refund provided.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP POLICY
Annual memberships are non-refundable.

Annual memberships are required for each participant registered in a continuous monthly program as they include mandatory secondary insurance.

Memberships are valid for a set one (1) year term July 1st to June 30th.

Having an annual membership does not guarantee the participant a spot in a class.

Please wear shorts/leggings and a tshirt/tank top or a gymnastics body suit.

Barefoot is best. Warts must by covered with tape and/or grippy socks.

Please refrain from wearing jewellery, earrings, belts, jeans or loose fitting clothing.

Long hair must be tied back.

Please bring a water bottle – we do have a water fountain and a filtered water bottle filling station.

A participant may be expelled without refund or credit if their behaviour is abusive to classmates or staff. A participant may be expelled for destruction of equipment or the property of others.

It’s important to pick up and drop off participants on time.

We have a flexible 5-minute window to pick up your child.

Any pick-ups after this time will be charged $5 per 5 minutes and this balance will be applied to your account.

If your child is more than 15 minutes late for class, they will have missed warm-up and may not be permitted to enter the class.

If there is an emergency, please call the gym and we will do our best to accommodate.

Please be respectful of our staff – leaving work at the end of their shift is important to them too!

Parent supervision is required in the viewing lounge prior to the class start time.

No early unsupervised drop off is permitted.

Siblings not attending a class must be supervised in the facility at all times.

 Cancellation of a Camp Registration with Dreams Gymnastics Academy requires a written notice a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled first day of camp. 

Cancellation of a Camp Registration less than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled date will be charged 50% of the camp fee.

Cancellation of a Camp Registration within 72 hours of the start of camp will be charged 100% of the camp fee.

Membership fees are non-refundable

It has always been Dreams Gymnastics Academy Ltd.'s priority to safeguard any information provided by our members.

We are committed to meeting, and where possible, exceeding, the requirements of all applicable privacy legislation that relates to Dreams Gymnastics Academy Ltd. businesses (the "privacy legislation").

To ensure Dreams Gymnastics Academy Ltd. is performing to the highest standards available and is complying with our legal obligations, Dreams Gymnastics Academy Ltd.has created its own Privacy Policy.

Dreams Gymnastics Academy Ltd's Privacy Policy applies to all of our members and addresses how we handle the personal information we have about our members which is necessary to provide service to you, administer your account, communicate with you and allow you to participate in Dreams Gymnastics Academy Ltd. as a member.

At Dreams Gymnastics Academy Ltd., member information is maintained as strictly confidential.
Unless you authorize us to release it, or release is required or permitted by law, we will not disclose information about you to any third parties.

However, in order to better provide you with our services, we will share information with suppliers who perform services on our behalf and with whom contracts have been signed that obligate that third party too adhere to Dreams Gymnastics Academy Ltd.'s privacy policies.

We never sell, lease or trade information about you or your accounts to other parties, unless you authorize us to do so, or unless required or permitted by privacy legislation.

Finally, Dreams Gymnastics Academy Ltd. may ask the member for use of their picture or that of their child for promotional purposes.
