BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE
- $265 (non-members) up to 15 participants
- $245 (members) up to 15 participants
- Additional participants $15 each
- Payment in full is due at the time of booking.
- All participants must complete the participant registration and agreements that will be provided by the Dreams Office to the booking family for distribution.
PARTY INCLUDES 1 HOUR OF GYM TIME & 1 HOUR IN OUR PRIVATE BIRTHDAY ROOM
- While in the gym, coaches will lead participants through warm-up, games, free time and will help participants understand and follow the gym rules.
- In the party room families are welcome to bring in food and beverages of their choosing (fridge, freezer, and microwave available for use), We are a NUT FREE gym so please make sure everything is checked before entering our building.
- Athletes under the age of 3 must be accompanied by a caregiver while in the gym.
Members paying full Birthday Rate via online booking will receive a $20 discount to their Jackrabbit account within 5 business days of booking. Members wishing to receive the $20 members discount at the time of booking must book directly through the office (pending availability at the time of booking) Please call 780-440-0014)

PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is due upon registration
CANCELLATION POLICY
1) Cancellation of a birthday rental with Dreams Gymnastics Academy requires a written notice a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled date.
2) Cancellation of a birthday rental less than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled date will be charged 50% of the rental fee.
CLEANING POLICY
Birthday parent hosts are welcome to bring food and decorations to the party room. The host is responsible for all cleanup of food/decoration before the end of their booking. If there is damage to the walls due to the decorations, you will be charged for this damage.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Clothing Guidelines:
● Long hair should be tied up
● Wear flexible and comfortable clothing, shorts, sweatpants, leggings and a t-shirt
● Bare feet only
Participants should refrain from wearing the following:
● Jeans
● Jewelry; dangling earrings, necklaces, rings, watches, etc.
● Buttons, zippers or snaps
● Belts
● Hats
● Skirts or Dresses
● Ripped Clothing
